These terms govern the delivery and return of products purchased from Mekelson Components S.L. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.
Delivery within Spain and select EU countries.
No delivery to P.O. boxes.
Remote areas or islands may incur surcharges or limitations.
Shipped via trusted courier partners.
Costs based on destination, weight, size, and method.
Fees shown at checkout before payment.
Spain (Standard): 3–7 business days.
Spain (Expedited): 1–3 business days (extra cost).
EU: 5–10 business days (subject to customs).
Delays may occur due to force majeure or customs.
Processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
Tracking number provided upon dispatch.
Orders on weekends/holidays processed next business day.
Notification sent if delivery fails.
Second attempt made.
After second failure, return to sender; reshipping costs apply.
Inspect packages upon arrival.
Report damage within 48 hours with photos.
Lost shipments investigated with courier.
Return Eligibility
Initiate within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
Defective or incorrect items eligible for full refund or replacement.

Customer preference: customer pays return shipping.
Once dispatched, Mekelson Components S.L. is not responsible for courier delays or handling errors. Claims must be directed to the courier.
All deliveries and returns are governed by Spanish commercial law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Alicante, Spain.
