Terms and Conditions of Payment

1. Payment Methods
   • Private individuals must pay by card at the time of purchase.
   • Corporate customers may pay by card or request an invoice (subject to approval).
2. Pricing & Updates
   • All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
   • Mekelson Components S.L. may update prices without prior notice.
3. Invoicing & Payment Terms
   • Approved corporate customers must pay within the invoice's specified period.
   • Late payments may result in additional fees or interest.
4. Refunds & Withdrawal
   • Refunds for payment errors or incorrect invoices must be requested promptly.
   • Customers may withdraw from a purchase if the product is unused and in original packaging.
   • Right of withdrawal does not apply to customized goods.
5. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by Spanish commercial law. Disputes are handled under the jurisdiction of Alicante, Spain.
