These terms govern the delivery and return of products purchased from Mekelson Components S.L. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.
- Delivery Area & Restrictions
- Delivery within Spain and select EU countries.
- No delivery to P.O. boxes.
- Remote areas or islands may incur surcharges or limitations.
- Shipping Methods & Fees
- Shipped via trusted courier partners.
- Costs based on destination, weight, size, and method.
- Fees shown at checkout before payment.
- Estimated Delivery Times
- Spain (Standard): 3–7 business days.
- Spain (Expedited): 1–3 business days (extra cost).
- EU: 5–10 business days (subject to customs).
- Delays may occur due to force majeure or customs.
- Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
- Tracking number provided upon dispatch.
- Orders on weekends/holidays processed next business day.
- Delivery Attempt & Failed Deliveries
- Notification sent if delivery fails.
- Second attempt made.
- After second failure, return to sender; reshipping costs apply.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect packages upon arrival.
- Report damage within 48 hours with photos.
- Lost shipments investigated with courier.
- Returns Policy
- Return Eligibility
- Initiate within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
- Defective or incorrect items eligible for full refund or replacement.
- Return Process
- Contact via email or phone for authorization.
- Instructions provided upon approval.
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/incorrect items: return shipping covered.
- Customer preference: customer pays return shipping.

Once dispatched, Mekelson Components S.L. is not responsible for courier delays or handling errors. Claims must be directed to the courier.
- Governing Law
All deliveries and returns are governed by Spanish commercial law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Alicante, Spain.
